Back From...Nowhere

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I am back. Where have I gone? Nowhere. But I felt I had nothing to say here that everyone should know I'm saying. Ooh, leaves you to wonder, doesn't it? Too bad!

It is a sad thing that I have to rely on coffee to wake me enough to write. There's something wrong with that picture. Oh well, I enjoy my coffee very much anyway.

Have you ever wondered why sometimes you meet people that would have been perfect for you to be friends with, date, or even go into business with, say a year ago, or a year later? It would seem the universe is playing a trick on us, dangling these people infront of us like a carrot to a horse. Well, we all know (thanks in part to last weeks lesson in the Isaiah II book) that there is no real 'God of Destiny' or 'God of Luck'. So, it really can't be that something is directing this to happen. What it can be is a long series of very bizzare and annoying coincidences. It is that, indeed.

A good friend and I were discussing this occurence very recently. It is a strange thing, much like the strange frog raining in Mexico... but I digress. This great mystery reminds me of Jon Bouldin's search for the how, what, and why's of time. It appears to be bigger than us. Maybe it's not. I'm actually hoping that it's not, because that would be funky. If it was, there is probably a way around it. I have no idea what that is, but that's my out of left field theory. That's just a quandry of mine, how that happens. Such as the Tootsie Roll Pops commercial says, the world may never know.

In other news, I have discovered (now that my cd-rom works again) that I can rip songs from cds off of my cd-rom. My other computers wouldn't let me rip songs from cds. Now, I am a song ripping fool. I'm enjoying the sounds of music...from "The Sound of Music" soundrack! It's magic! Along with that, I am enjoying Kelly Rowland, Luscious Jackson, Sarah Brightman, Andrea Bocelli, Sade and many more. Ah, the wonders of technology.

That is all for now. I have pictures to take for my next blog entry. Good day!
